April 2026 Branch Meeting Minutes
A quorum of members of Lone Star Branch 132 met on April 7, 2026.
• Invocation by Brother Eugene Johnson. President Kimetra Lewis led the pledge.
• Resolutions of Sympathy Addie Roblow, Cacedric Eldridge and Michael Del Bosque.
• Michael Del Bosque Jr. from Intire Health Physicians Group spoke to the membership.
• President Tevita ‘Uhatafe of NTX Area Labor Federation addressed the membership.
• It was announced that Frank Valdez will be replacing Sid Simmons as trustee.
• A great victory for the Union was announce regarding the grievance settlements for the Juanita Craft and Grand
Prairie stations regarding their schedules being changed.
• Branch 132 Scholarship Deadline is May 31, 2026.
• The TSALC Scholarship Deadline is also May 31, 2026.
• NALC Food Drive will be May 9, 2026, banners should be placed on buildings by May 4, 2026.
• Brother Eugene Johnson gave an update on the next retiree trip June 16-18, 2026.
• NALC Convention will be August 3 – August 7, 2026.
• A motion was passed that the branch donate $350.00 to the Veterans Project at convention.
• Food Drive T-shirt orders need to be submitted as soon as possible.
• Branch Financial reports will be posted in the next Metro Letter Carrier

May 2026 Branch Meeting Minutes
• A quorum of members of Lone Star Branch 132 met on May 5, 2026.
• Invocation by Brother Eugene Johnson. President Kimetra Lewis led the pledge.
• No Resolutions of Sympathy.
• Brother Trevor Haas introduced Colin Allred, Congressional Candidate for District 33, who spoke to the
membership, regarding the upcoming primary election and asked for support from the branch.
• Michael Del Bosque Jr. from Intire Health Physicians Group spoke to the membership.
• Several guests addressed the membership about the services they can offer to the membershp.
• Branch 132 Scholarship Deadline is May 31, 2026.
• The TSALC Scholarship Deadline is also May 31, 2026.
• Sister Rita Wilder gave an update on the NALC Food Drive that will be held May 9, 2026.
• Brother Eugene Johnson spoke about the retiree banquet being held Saturday May 23 at 7:30 pm in the union hall.
• Brother Eugene Johnson gave an update on the next retiree trip. The trip will be June 16-17-18, 2026.
• NALC Convention will be August 3 – August 7, 2026.
• President Lewis reminded members to wear their seat belts when working.
• Branch Financial reports will be posted in the next Metro Letter Carrier.
