Newly Elected State Officers
The Texas State Association of Letter Carriers (TSALC) held its biennial convention in June this year. Branch 132 sent over 60 delegates to the convention. Delegates spent three days conducting the business of the state association, including electing officers for the next two years.
The branch newsletter won three awards, including best overall newsletter for large branches in the state of Texas. In the photo, Jimmy Kimbrell and Julian Alvarez address Branch 132 delegates as they stump for the positions of treasurer and secretary.
